Partner Onboarding

First, sorry for the form.  Wells is still being developed and he kept calling people names during the onboarding process (no, really).  So we created this form to not create anymore of a bottleneck.  Here is the main goal of this form, to understand who to introduce you to.  We need to know who (as specific as possible) you sell to.  Maybe that is CEO's of PR agencies in Europe or CTO's of software companies in NYC.  You get the point.  Please tell us who the likely buyer is for both Midsize companies as well as Enterprise (we assume it's different).
